Return & Refund Policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

An order is eligible for return within 2 days from the date of delivery. The customer can initiate the return request under the following circumstances.

Return Reason Resolution 
Item is damaged / defective Exchange / Refund
Incorrect item delivered Exchange / Refund

The customer has to raise a return request through our mentioned WhatsApp number, with order details, an unboxing video, and the return reason.

Our support team will analyse the return request and approve the same.

Once a return is approved, the item must be carefully packed and shipped to the address shared on WhatsApp.

The product must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging intact. The saree folding has to be intact.

Reverse pickup is available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items for select pin codes within Tamil Nadu.

For orders with free shipping, an onward and return logistics fee of ₹75 per item will be charged.

Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and approved by our quality assurance team. The refund amount will cover only the cost of the product. Any other costs incurred by the company or the customer, such as shipping charges or taxes, will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original order. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account from the date of initiation.

REASONS NOT CONSIDERED AS DAMAGE

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom orders, including custom tailoring, Velcro or towel additions for dhoti combos, kids’ dresses, and saree edge and fall stitching.

Quality is subjective – individual opinions may vary. What some consider good, others may not. Therefore, returns or exchanges will not be accepted on the basis of quality expectations.

Minor issues such as thread pulls, missing threads, border splits, etc., are common in woven products and are not considered defects.

We are committed to delivering the best quality, but due to the nature of woven fabrics, we do not guarantee embroidery, stones, or color fastness (bleeding).

Due to digital screen limitations, actual product colors may vary slightly from what you see online. Mild color differences caused by camera and screen reproduction are not valid reasons for return or refund. If you're unsure about the color, please clarify before placing an order.

MANDATORY: PARCEL OPENING VIDEO

  • For any claims related to damage, missing items, or wrong product, an uncut parcel opening video is mandatory.
  • The video must start before opening the parcel. Show the outer package with To & From address labels clearly visible. Capture the entire unpacking process until the product is fully opened and displayed. We will not be able to process complaints without this video, as it helps us ensure fair verification

ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Once an order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be canceled.
  • Please proceed with your purchase only if you are fully satisfied with the product details.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES

  • All our products are packed in secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with, please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper-proof condition.
  • In the rare event that your ordered product is out of stock, we will inform you within 2 business days. You can either choose a different product or opt for a full refund.

REST OF INDIA ORDERS

We do not accept returns for orders from countries outside India.
